A primary focus for RZ Automation is the application of robotics in the manufacturing environment. We have had success in a variety of manufacturing arenas. Our focus has been primarily matrerial handling but we have also worked with material removal, welding both spot and arc, dispense and paint to name a few.

RZ Automation has integrated the robotics and machine vision to provide guidance solutions in a variety of ways.

RZ Automation has created Vision Guided Line Tracking solutions working with moving parts on both linear convarors and rotary turntables. Our solutions have included single robots and multiple robots working in conjuction to handle single parts.

RZ Automation has created solutions for complex tasks programmed where the entire process is calculated using algorithymns and the process is controlled by the parts introlduced into the system. The application adapted the process to fit the part.

RZ Automation approaches new applicaiton taking into cosideration safety as an initial part of designing the system. We do this so safety is designed in from the start. These starndards (ANSI/RIA Standard R15.06-1999)are not require by law but have been creatred based on the past experience of the robot industry. These safety standards provide protection to any people who interact with the robot and also potentially increase productivity and eliminate downtime. The ANSI/RIA standards provide detailed safety criteria ofr the environments that are best for every robotic system. RZ automation wants to provide robotic automation that is designed with safety in mind.

We use robot simulations and solid modeling to ensure the process will work and make required rates prior to building any real worl hardware. We do this to save time and increase our efficiency.

We can provide training to our customers on a variety of levbels. Training can be for a custome application, basic robot introduction to high end end Karel programaing training. RZ will work with its cusotmer to ensure that the training needed is the training purchased and delivered.
